KuoTra’s annual spring meeting
It is time for KuoTra’s annual spring meeting. The meeting is held in Henry’s Pub’s private meeting room (Kauppakatu 18, 70100 Kuopio) on Wednesday 15th of April 2020 at 5PM.
Even though the situtation in Finland, our associations rules state the spring meeting’s time between February and May. This is the reason we will organize the spring meeting regardless these exceptional circumstances. Because of this, you have an opportunity to participate the meeting via remote access. Our rules don’t grant a permission to vote remote. If you wish to vote, you have to be present in person in the meeting. Instructions for participating via remote access can be found below.
In the spring meeting we will e.g. address the last year’s (2019) annual report and the financial statement. Also in the meeting, the board for the rest of the year 2020 is chosen.
Remember to take your identification and Tradenomiopiskelijat (former National Union of BBA Students in Finland TROL ry) membership number to the meeting. Note: only actual members of KuoTra have a right to vote and apply to the board. Others have to be given the right to attend the meeting.
Please note that the spoken language of the meeting is Finnish.
Instructions to participate the spring meeting via remote access:
– Enroll yourself to the meeting on
13th April 2020 4:59PM latest – You will receive a confirmation from your enrollment and its acceptation to your email. The board will check your rights concerning the meeting and either grants you the right to participate or denies them.
– After this, you will receive a link to the meeting to your email on 15th of April 2020 4:45PM latest.
We hope that everyone can both find a way to participate this meeting and do it safely, regardless the method. If you feel unwell or have any symptoms, please stay home and participate to the meeting via remote access. If you arrive to the meeting in person, remember proper hand washing methods&hygiene, greet other participants from safe distance and give everyone enough personal space.
