Apply to the annual gala committee!

Hey business student or alumni! Have you ever heard students talking about annual galas? Is event planning your passion, but you don’t know where to start? Does splendid formal attire and dignified speeches get you excited? The application for the Kuopion Tradenomiopiskelijat ry’s 15th-anniversary annual gala committee is now open!

The committee’s task is to plan and execute our association’s grandest and most prestigious celebration, the annual gala, in collaboration with the association’s board. Responsibilities include, for example planning the main event’s program and decorations, designing handbooks, organizing the cocktail reception, and implementing the rest of the annual ball week, not to mention the herring banquet on Sunday!

Anyone who is a current member or a graduate of the Kuopio Business Students’ Association can apply to the committee! The members of the committee are expected to be able to commit in working as part of the committee until the end of April 2024. Applications will be accepted until Sunday, September 17, 2023.

Do note that the meeting language of the committee is Finnish.
