KuoTra’s wellness week goes Valentine’s day <3

 

KuoTra’s traditional wellness week is coming back in February! This time it will be accompanied with a Valentine’s day theme. <3

The period will be week 7, and the dates are 12.-16.2. The week’s schedule will be the following:

 

Monday 12.2.

Valentine’s day themed stand in Campus heart at 9.30-12.30.

Tuesday 13.2.

Valentine’s day bingo featuring Kaalimato. The bingo will be held in Nousu starting 18 o’clock. Unfortunately the bingo is only hosted in Finnish.

Wednesday 14.2.

Kuopio City organizes Valentine’s day activities on the Kuopio market square starting at 18 o’clock, SAVOTTA will be joinging.

Thursday 15.2.

A new episode of KuoTra’s chair’s podcast about communality is coming out. Unfortunately the podcast is only hosted in Finnish.

Friday 16.2.

A supervised morning yoga and sauna in Luoto at 9.00! Link to the tickets: Aamujooga & Sauna (kide.app) <3
